The father of Sawarn Movement Shri Lokesh Shitanshu Shrivastava was the youngest president of any Political Party registered in India Election Commission of India under Representation of People Act, 1951. He Founded the PPP when he was just 33 Years old at that time.

Shri Lokesh Shitanshu Shrivastava (Born 23 March, 1977, Pratapgarh,UP) is an educationist turn politician. He is son of Late Shri Shitanshu Kumar Shrivastava and Smt. Savitri Devi Shrivastava. His Father was a Public Servant in Madhya Pradesh State Government and Mother was Housewife.

Shri Lokesh Shitanshu Shrivastava received his Commerce Graduation degree from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (Indore University) in 1998 and Master Degree in Public Administration from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (Indore University) in 2002. He started his career as Placement Consultant from Indore (MP).

In the age of 27 he was affected with Guillain-Barre Syndrome in 6 November 2004 after his mother death in Indore. It attacks his peripheral nervous system. He became unable to connect the brain from rest of the body. It was just like paralysis situation. Because of his will power he recovered the life and body again.

He shifted to Delhi/NCR in 2006. Right from early days Shri Lokesh Shitanshu Shrivastava is having a worm of social service, hence he carrying forward the mission of social service with an excellent track record that translates his core belief into meaningful and lasting results that have transformed the socio-economic and political landscapes of his Karmbhoomi-Pratapgarh, Bhopal, Rewa, Indore and Delhi/NCR.

Shri Lokesh Shitanshu Shrivastava’s Father and Mother both died from Heart Attack in 1998 and 2004 respectively. He is having mission of social service hence first he made a Welfare Trust for social service. He wanted to buy 2 ambulances for social service but all the banks denied giving him loan for ambulance. After some time he realized that Trust cannot accomplish his mission of social service and changes in the system. Hence in 2009 he applied in Election Commission of India for making a new Political Party. On 3rd June 2011 his political party got registered with the name of ‘Public Political Party’ (PPP).

In 6 February 2007 he got married with Ms. Deepmala. Presently he is having one daughter and one son.

In the age of 41 he caught with Heart Attack in 16 February 2018. Again his will power saved his life. Even after Heart Attack is works above 12 hours daily and continue to accomplish the Public Political Party Mission.

Shri Lokesh Shitanshu Shrivastava is a Poet and Writer. He has written about 2000 poems & lyrics and about 150 articles.

Shri Lokesh Shitanshu Shrivastava is a founder of 51% Sawarn Reservation Movement for Brhmin + Kshatriya + Kayastha + Vaishy Caste.

Presently He is Friend, philosopher Guide of the Public Political Party.
