Equal opportunity System, also called equality of opportunity, in social theory, the idea that people shall be able to compete on equal terms, or on a “level playing field,” for advantaged offices and positions.
Public Political Party believes that equal opportunity requires that advantaged positions be subject to open competition. The idea there is that jobs and limited educational places should be open to all and that the selection procedures for them should be designed to identify the best-qualified candidates.
To make in practical Public Political Party either give the reservation to all social groups or abolish the whole reservation system.
